Terms and Conditions (T&C)

  1. Scope of Application

The following Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the contractual relationship between Zorèastudios (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as "customer" or "you") for orders placed via our online shop.

  1. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but is an invitation to make an offer. By placing an order for a product, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is concluded when we accept the customer's offer by sending a confirmation via email or by dispatching the product to the customer.

  1. Prices and Payment

All prices in the online shop are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the statutory value-added tax (VAT). Shipping costs are calculated separately and are displayed during the checkout process.

  1. Delivery

The withdrawal must be declared in writing (via email or post). The return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the goods are defective or incorrectly delivered.

  1. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty rights under Swiss contract law apply. If there is a defect in the goods, the customer has the right to request a free remedy (repair or replacement delivery). If the remedy is unsuccessful, the customer can reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the contract.

The protection of your personal data is important to us. We collect, process, and use your data exclusively to fulfill the contract and only in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (particularly the Swiss Data Protection Act). All content on this website, such as texts, images, logos, and graphics, is protected by copyright and may not be used, copied, or distributed without the express consent of Zorèastudios.

  1. Final Provisions
